Reviews and Ratings
The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the canal, which is perfect for leisurely walks. The room offered a lovely view, but it felt slightly cramped for storing clothes. The staff were polite and attentive, although I encountered a long wait for dining service during my stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement, especially regarding the facilities available.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the canal and close to the city center. The room I stayed in was quirky and clean, but some areas felt dated and cramped. While the breakfast was filling and tasty, the overall service during my stay left much to be desired with slow responses and a lack of attention at times. On the positive side, the dining options were quite enjoyable, and I found the value for the experience overall to be acceptable.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially with the unique canal cruise and lunch experience that was well-organized and tasty. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were helpful and polite, contributing significantly to my stay. However, there were some issues with the breakfast scheduling and outdated decor that could use an upgrade.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the friendly staff and decent amenities were highlights, I was really let down by the room condition, which fell short of expectations considering the price. The breakfast, although reasonable, lacked variety and quality compared to other options I've experienced. It's an okay choice, but I wouldn't say it exceeded my expectations.
This hotel offers a delightful stay with its prime riverside location and quick access to Chester's attractions. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated the cozy atmosphere throughout our visit. The dining experience provided good value, but the breakfast setup could use some improvement to be more efficient. The spa facilities were beautifully maintained and an added bonus, perfect for relaxation after exploring the city.
